Applying more than 25 years of consulting and client management experience, Lori's most recent role was as the Client Experience Leader for Buck, a global HR and benefits consulting, technology, and administration firm. In this role, Lori works with the firm's most strategic clients, and her colleagues who serve those clients, to strengthen those relationships.
Over the course of her career, Lori has overseen the successful implementation of numerous, often award-winning, multifaceted communication engagements and technology-based solutions, collaborated with clients to develop executable strategic roadmaps that address a wide range of organization issues, all while serving as a senior-level client executive.
She has cultivated relationships at all levels within client organizations and internally, authored numerous thought-provoking pieces, spoken frequently at industry conferences, mentored numerous individuals, and is known for challenging the status quo. Most recently, Lori has completed the intensive, 14-week Corporate Social Responsibility certification program, offered through the University of Colorado-Boulder Leeds' Business School's Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility.
An avid swimmer, Lori's passion for and tenacity in the water - she completed a 10K open water swim just a few years ago - carries over to her work in the form of commitment, energy, and passion.
