I have a private practice as a licensed mental health provider. My work is trauma focused and I am a Certified EMDR Therapist. Currently, I focus on adult (18+) clients that are experiencing anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from single traumatic events or complex trauma (C-PTSD), phobia, and grief/loss. I also help clients with Performance Anxiety in the Workplace. All my services utilizes Telehealth on a HIPAA secure online platform.
