My Emojis Are Different Than Your Emojis
In business the best ideas, insights and collaborations come from a true population representation — aka, diversity. But, how can we be our best, when over 50 percent of our nation is under represented? We can and must do better. When diversity and inclusion—our ability to see and accept the world around us through others lenses—become the norm, we better position ourselves and our leadership models to tackle challenges and create sound strategies.
