MBC Happy Hour at the Wildflower Center!

It's Tuesday Twilights at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center

With the pandemic winding down, it's time for our relationships to bloom in person again! Whether you're new to Austin or a native Austinite, you'll enjoy a great happy hour with energetic and fun people. Come enjoy a long summer evening with friends, future friends, and music in this beautiful venue. 

There's no MBC charge for the evening, just use this special link to register at the Wildflower Center.

We'll rally around 5pm to the left of the entrance gate (near the gift shop). If you're late, just look for us near the music!

Bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages, or plan to buy some at the on-site food truck.  This special evening features:

• Carve out a spot on the Play Lawn to bop to the soulful Latin pop of Lesly Reynaga. Visit her website to check out her tunes and practice your moves.
• Make it a saucy affair with picnic fare from Slab BBQ. View Slab BBQ’s menu here (on-site offerings may be more limited).
• If you’ve been admiring wildflowers for at least 21 years, you can purchase the delicious cocktail of the evening, Tito’s Red, White & Boozy. See the cocktail recipe here!
• Get carried away with short sets by the Austin Symphony Orchestra. A string quartet will play at 5:40, 6:40, and 7:40 p.m. in the Theme Gardens.

Please note

• Parking is limited, even with some extra options on La Crosse Avenue and in the streets of the nearby neighborhood. We suggest carpooling or using a rideshare to help keep the chill vibes of the evening going.
• Please refrain from bringing in alcoholic beverages. There will be a bar on site for your convenience.
