About our speaker:

Paula Bookidis, CEO, leads Girl Scouts of Central Texas (GSCTX) to serve over 15,000 girls. In her almost three years at GSCTX, Paula has spearheaded a positive shift in corporate culture that has positively impacted employee retention and volunteer satisfaction, while maintaining the financial well-being of the organization and the outcomes GSCTX delivers for girls.

Paula began her journey in Girl Scouts on the front lines of campouts and cookie sales as a troop leader. Prior to Girl Scouts, she helped lead a management consulting firm, Sense Corp.  

A native Austinite, Paula lives in Austin with husband and her three Girl Scout daughters.
