About our speakers:
Colin Ardern is the CEO and co-founder of Applied Bioplastics in Austin. He built a team of 16 employees across 3 countries to commercialize multiple bioplastic product offerings for durable applications.
Prior to founding Applied Bioplastics, Colin delivered complex software installation and support projects across the healthcare and banking sectors.
Alexander Blum is co-founder and Chief Impact Officer at Applied Bioplastics. Alex is a Houstonian by birth and an Austinite by choice, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, an award-winning documentary filmmaker, a philanthropist and activist, and a pioneer in the field of durable biocomposites. He leads the Blum Family Foundation, the Protecting Texas Families PAC, and the Ikaros Project. Explore his work at www.consequential.co
