About our speaker:

Driven by the belief that love is a prerequisite for leadership, Justin Foster is the co-founder of the intrinsic branding firm Root + River as well as a speaker, writer, poet and mentor. Along a journey that began on a cattle ranch in eastern Oregon, Justin has spent two decades providing unconventional and often heretical brand strategy coaching to executives and founders of every sector and industry. In his coaching, writing and speaking, Justin seeks to inspire you to go inward, embrace the mystery and show the world who you truly are. Justin lives in Austin, TX with his partner and their son and also has two grown children and a grandson. He loves deep conversations, great coffee, good bourbon and real country music.
