Remember the Vows: How to Bring Fresh Vitality to Leaders and the Workplace
Leaders are bombarded with meetings to attend, fires to put out, and problems to get in front of. However, recent challenges around employee engagement, burnout, and top-talent retention make it clear that too often leaders can lose sight of the single most important priority, namely, their people. Join Bobby as he provides leaders with practical tools for prioritizing the well-being of those entrusted to them. In doing so, leaders will discover how a people-first approach can bring about sustained vitality and growth to the entire organization.
