Allen Biehl, To Everest—and Beyond!

We've all got those items on our "bucket list" that we honestly wonder if we'll ever get to. "Hike up to Mt Everest" was on Allen's. He's been fascinated with the highest point on Earth for years, but never really thought he'd go there.

Guess what... He went. And you can, too! During this lighthearted talk, Allen will share the surprisingly-easy steps he took to get ready, and the un-surprising-difficult steps he took to make it up the Khumbu Valley.

About our speaker:

Allen Biehl is a software seller during the week, and an intrepid explorer of Austin’s hiking trails on the weekends (and some evenings). He grew up an Army brat and so explored various parts of the planet before he was 15. Now he’s on a quest to visit as many mountains as he can lay feet upon.
