Texas Gun Policy Panel

Texas is known for its gun culture, but after a number of mass shootings and the fact that gun fatalities are the leading cause of death among children, many Texans are ready for gun policy that would make our state safer. We will have a panel discussion about current state law around gun ownership and how we might work towards safer communities. From safe storage, to training, to red flag laws, many bills have come to the Texas Legislature, but few have passed. What’s in store for next session, and what can we do to pass laws that a majority of Texans support?
